It would have been a once in a lifetime experience to discover this place. Hidden in a tiny place on the northern tip of Arizona, this sought-out gem could be passed by a hiker without a second glance. Once you come to the entrance of the wave, it's like entering another world. This is an experience I will never forget.
I hear it's really hard to get there nowadays, you have to participate in a raffle or something like that to get in.
Sounds like someone had a kick ass foray in Az. As a resident Arizonian, coyote butte is one of the many spectacles I show case to define my state to my Asian and European friends. That and antelope canyon www.ejphoto.com/images_AZ/AZ_U…, cactus wine, ostriches, the dunes outside of Yuma www.bing.com/images/search?q=y…, and Dia De Los Muertos.
I gather from your profile you're a Ute. Part of my family's Mormon so naturally there's slew of them with spaces in Utah.
- Congrats on the DD!
Have a nice day!
Great photo though!
